【瘦身早餐】#一杯搞定奶昔 #麦片牛奶 Smoothie and Oat Milk

瘦身是个永远都不会过时的话题。
不管是12岁的小妹妹,还是60岁的大妈,都会嫌自己胖,希望自己可以更瘦一点。
在饮食控制的时候,这样综合的营养早餐不但可以瘦,吃完还感觉很满足。
重点是准备很容易!

(星期一) Overnight Oat Milk with Fruit

隔夜麦片和水果



材料:
 快熟麦片
牛奶
Cornflakes
红石榴

1)2大匙麦片泡牛奶,放冰箱隔夜
2)放入以上水果 (家里有什么水果就放什么,没有执念)

Ingredients:
Rolled Oat
Milk 
Cornflakes
Orange 
Pomegranate 

1)2 spoon of oat with milk, keep inside the fridge for overnight.
2)Eat with any fruits you like or whatever fruit you have

(星期二) Chocolate Oat Milk

巧克力麦片牛奶



材料:
 快熟麦片
巧克力牛奶
能量棒
草莓

1)用巧克力牛奶泡发麦片
2)放入能量棒和草莓装饰

Ingredients:
Rolled Oat
Chocolate Milk 
Energy Bar
Strawberry

1)Mix togather chocolate milk and oat
2) Use energy bar and strawberry for decoration

 (星期三)Papaya And Banana Smoothie

木瓜香蕉奶昔 


材料:
 快熟麦片
牛奶
冷冻香蕉
冷冻木瓜
红石榴
木瓜

1)用半杯牛奶泡发麦片
2)把冷冻香蕉、冷冻木瓜和半杯牛奶用搅拌机搅拌成泥状
3)把1 & 2 参在一起,用红石榴和一些木瓜片装饰

Ingredients:
Rolled Oat
Milk
Frozen Banana
Frozen Papaya
Pomegranate 
Papaya

1)Mix togather 1/2 cup milk and oat
2) Blend frozen banana and frozen papaya with milk until it become smoothie
3) Mix no 1 & 2 togather, decorate it using pomegranate and papaya slices.

(星期四) Avocado Oat Milk

牛油果牛奶麦片



材料:
 快熟麦片
牛奶
半颗冷冻牛奶果
草莓
Cornflakes
黑芝麻

1)用1/4杯牛奶泡发麦片
2)把冷冻牛奶果和半杯牛奶用搅拌机搅拌成泥状
3)把 2 倒进 1 的杯子里
4)把草莓对半切,叠进杯子口
5)放入cornflakes, 牛奶倒满,撒上黑芝麻

Ingredients:
Rolled Oat
Milk
1/2 Frozen Avocado
Strawberry
Cornflakes
Black Sesame

1)Mix oat with 1/4 cup milk
2) Blend frozen avocado with milk until it become smoothie
3) Mix 2 into 1
4) Slices strawberry into half and put it around the glass
5) Put in cornflakes and milk until the glass is full, spread some black sesame on top .


(星期五)  DragonFruit and Oat Smoothie

火龙果牛奶Smoothie



材料:
 快熟麦片
牛奶
半颗冷冻火龙果
Cornflakes
草莓

1)用半杯牛奶泡发麦片
2)把冷冻火龙果和1/4杯牛奶把用搅拌机搅拌成泥状
3) 把1 倒入 2
3) 放入Cornflakes和草莓做装饰

Ingredients:
Rolled Oat
Milk
Frozen dragon fruit
Strawberry

1)Mix oat with 1/2 cup milk
2) Blend frozen dragon fruit with 1/4 cup of milk until it become smoothie
3) Pour 1 into 2
4) Add in cornflakes and also decorate it with strawberry.
